Lunes 21 de setiembre será la fecha de arranque de la Semana de la Comunicación Colper de este año, la semana con la que el Colegio de Periodistas y Profesionales en Ciencias de la Comunicación Colectiva de Costa Rica (Colper) celebra la Comunicación en el país y fuera de nuestras fronteras también.
